For the hardware, software, etc., there are three categories/aspects.

home: personal, hobby, etc.
school: course, class, etc.
work: internship, job, etc.

The categories for usage/expertise are as follows.

expert: have used it a lot with understanding
intermediate: in between
novice: beginner, not used very much

So here is the template.
